Clinic Director / Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy.

As a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the clinic, including staff supervision, patient care, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and treatment plans
• Supervise and manage clinic staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff
• Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
• Collaborate with other clinic directors and regional leadership to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Illinois
• At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
