Workshop Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Organising internal processes smoothly and maintaining our high-quality standards
• Ensuring optimal vehicle maintenance and timely completion
• Handling customer orders with precision, punctuality, and attention to quality
• Leading, informing, and motivating workshop staff to focus on customer-oriented thinking and action

Requirements:

• Master craftsman (m/w/d) or service technician (m/w/d), ideally with additional qualification as a certified workshop manager (m/w/d)
• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Ability to keep up with the rapid technical development of our vehicles
• Sound technical and business knowledge
• A winning and inspiring personality that motivates others
