As the main contact for customers on IP programs, you will:
- Manage project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams globally
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Report progress to leadership and customers
- Improve project management processes
Your impact will be to:
- Accelerate customer SoC product launches
- Reduce risk and improve delivery success
- Enhance Synopsys’ reputation with key customers
- Drive adoption of Synopsys IP
- Shape internal best practices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in SoC design and IC manufacturing
- Strong program/project management skills
- Experience working with customers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
You will be part of the Program Management Office within Silicon IP, collaborating globally with engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
