Inspection Apprentice

Crosby Composites is seeking an Inspection Apprentice to join their team in Wellingborough. As an apprentice, you will develop your skills and experience within the manufacturing team, working on inspecting components and tooling across various industry sectors.

The role involves:

• Inspecting a broad range of products
• Helping develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Maintaining equipment
• Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy

To succeed, you need:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to follow procedures
• Experience working in a high-paced and high-pressure environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

As an apprentice, you will commit to 20% off-the-job training and work towards a qualification or company standard approval process. You will learn to work to strict safety and quality requirements, help achieve daily production requirements, and optimise efficiency.
