Senior Legal Counsel - Digital and Technology

As a Senior Legal Counsel at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will advise the international business on day-to-day digital and technology matters, delivering high standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance.

Your remit covers legal support to the global digital and technology teams encompassing product, engineering, data science, performance marketing, and transformational outsourcing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on legal affairs relating to digital and technology, including AI
• Supporting the business with day-to-day legal queries, identifying legal risks, and providing commercially sound advice
• Supervising junior team members
• Assisting with the development and implementation of legal procedures and policies
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, legal documents, and other regulatory or contractual requirements
• Supporting the business with legal proceedings, working with outside counsel when required
• Preparing and conducting legal training for staff

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified solicitor status in England and Wales
• Commercial skill set with strong knowledge of commercial law and the digital, technology, IT legal space
• Solid training and qualifications from a leading national or international law firm or reputable business
• In-house experience is highly desirable
• Experience of working for a global brand and advising on multi-jurisdictional issues is highly desirable
