We're seeking a highly skilled FMC Dealer Community Manager to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the primary bridge between Business Owners and Information Technology (IT), managing complex systems to ensure they meet evolving business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include platform governance, digital tool development, technical modernization, cross-functional liaison, reporting and optimization, and community management.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven ability to model Ford+ Behaviours and contribute to a high-energy, dynamic team culture. You will also have established track records of working directly with a franchised dealer network, with a deep understanding of dealership departmental operations (Sales, Service, or Parts).
