Mobile Cleaner

ABM is looking for a hardworking and proactive Mobile Cleaner to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning offices, retail, and shopping centres for our prestigious client, including washrooms, kitchens, venue halls, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hoovering and mopping floors
• Cleaning washrooms and kitchens
• Carrying out deep cleans as required, using buffers and carpet cleaners (training provided)
• Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly
• Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies, and attending to reactive jobs (spillages)
• Providing excellent customer service, working alongside clients and their staff

Requirements:

• Must be well-presented and a good communicator
• Must have a can-do attitude and a polite and approachable demeanour
• Hardworking and proactive, with good timekeeping and attendance record
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, with a focus on unsupervised work and prioritising workload
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and time management skills desired
• Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative
• Flexible and proactive attitude essential
• Understanding and knowledge of health and safety policies
• Represent ABM values on site by being presentable, uniformed, and helpful at all times
