We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Selfridges Manchester Exchange. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for beauty and a desire to empower customers to be their most beautiful selves. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be knowledgeable about our products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and showcase our products
• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Build solid relationships with team members and management
• Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities
• Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers
