Join the team that builds iconic vehicles at the Sharonville Transmission Plant. As a Machine Repair, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of production lines. In this role, you will sangat for extended periods, walk unassisted, and work at heights. You will also be required to work in a team environment, treat co-workers with dignity and respect, and accept and follow instructions and requests from leadership.
To be successful in this role, you must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of previous experience, or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade. You should also have knowledge of machine mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, gauge/fixture movement, blueprint reading, and operation of machine tools used to make, modify and/or repair machine components.
As a Machine Repair, you will be paid a top hourly base rate of $45.115, plus applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is $44.915 with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.
