Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team at the Ford plant in Pacheco, Argentina. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing manufacturing processes defined at a global level for the production of new models, such as the Ranger Hybrid, adapting them to the specificities of the Pacheco plant.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing differences in process between current and new models, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Diagnosing and resolving internal and external quality problems, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and performance of the production line.
- Leading initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and waste reduction.
- Applying Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma tools for process analysis and redesign.
- Analyzing productive data using intelligence and analysis tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining effective communication with local and international teams, primarily with Australia, Thailand, and South Africa.
