Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.

You will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores. You must effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull's executional standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans
• Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage
