Description
We're looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth through paid marketing, collaborating with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every region, and assessing and building in-house talent where necessary and partnering with media agencies as needed.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company, 2+ years managing a team of direct reports, experience in building global paid marketing campaigns, and experience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period. In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS company is preferred, where you have directly owned paid marketing strategy and budget rather than managing client accounts in an agency setting. Experience in PLG organizations is also a plus.
