Description
In this position, you will supervise skilled trades and maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management, including asset availability, cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies. You will lead and coach teams to leverage new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow. Your responsibilities will also include creating a safety culture, administering the collective bargaining agreement, and evaluating team member performance.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. They will also possess fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
As an ITR Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching teams, creating a safety culture, and administering the collective bargaining agreement. You will also evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement.
