IT GRC Risk and Automation Analyst

Logitech is seeking an IT GRC Risk and Automation Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, automation, and user support for the enterprise GRC platform, integrated risk management tools, and automated reporting functions for the IT and Security organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain the enterprise GRC tool, ensuring seamless API integrations.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain automated data workflows, evidence-collection pipelines, and system integrations to shift the organization toward continuous compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive third-party security assessments to evaluate vendor security posture, compliance frameworks, and risk exposure across the supply chain.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in GRC, security, IT risk management, or security operations with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience in automated controls assessment, continuous monitoring, and security risk management.
• The ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex algorithmic or infrastructure risks into clear business impacts.
• Working knowledge of modern AI governance and risk frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 (Artificial Intelligence Management System), and the EU AI Act.
