Stability Sample Management Coordinator

We are seeking a Stability Sample Management Coordinator to join our Quality department at Bayer in Weimar, Germany. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and implementation of stability studies, including sample and document management.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of stability studies, including sample and document management
• Ensure timely and correct sample handling, including storage and retrieval
• Coordinate compilation, evaluation, and documentation of test results
• Act as central interface to internal and external partners for study planning and execution
• Maintain laboratory and database systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability

Requirements:

• Technician or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, biology)
• Ideally, experience in GMP environment, such as quality control of pharmaceuticals
• Understanding of stability studies and sample management
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with digital tools
• Proficiency in German and English
