Senior Engineer, ADAS Vehicle Test

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, ADAS Vehicle Test to join our team in Shanghai. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing vehicle-level ADAS test plans and test cases, leading ADAS test scenario setups, and analyzing test data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop vehicle-level ADAS test plans and test cases based on system requirements and functional specifications
• Lead ADAS test scenario setups in closed proving grounds and public roads
• Support data team to set up data-driven test evaluation methods
• Monitor test progress and risks, resolve on-site anomalies, and ensure efficient test execution
• Analyze test data, create defect lists, and collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot issues
• Generate structured test reports
• Manage end-to-end vehicle testing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in automotive engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in ADAS vehicle testing or project test management
• Proficient in measurement systems like Vector toolchain CANoe/CANape
• Familiarity with ADAS function regional regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Python scripting skills are a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
