Join the Ford Racing team as an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer, responsible for designing and developing electrical content for Ford Performance vehicles. You will lead pre-design, design, and launch of current and future Ford Racing vehicle programs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Ford Performance-specific electrical content
• Coordinate technical design reviews between component and EDS engineers to ensure system integrity
• Survey engineers for components with electrical interfaces and populate device transmittals into VSEM
• Build DV Requirements for system-level electrical functions and perform validation testing
• Support BOM signoffs for pre-production build events
• Represent the electrical team on evaluation drives
• Root cause and fix electrical issues on vehicles
• Support offsite vehicle-level DV testing
• Support breadboard activities and configure electrical modules and systems
• Provide onsite support for vehicle builds at the assembly plant
• Lead development of system designs that support vehicle performance targets
• Ensure conformance to Ford Racing DNA and applicable Ford and regulatory requirements
• Develop innovative solutions for performance vehicles
• Support supplier sourcing processes and FMA activities
• Handle deliverables to support program and engineering GPDS breakthroughs

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 3+ years of automotive electrical systems and vehicle launch experience
• Proficient with GPDS deliverables and core Ford engineering systems
• Hands-on experience with CAN tools, module flashing, network troubleshooting, and CAN logging
• Ability to manage complex tasks and deliver results under tight timelines
• Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to lead and build relationships with multi-functional teams

Salary: $74,300-$166,200 per year
