As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You'll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible.

We're seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best. At Ford's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team, we're charged with delivering the company's vision of a fully electric transportation future. We're customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and data-driven and are dedicated to delivering industry-leading customer experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners.

You'll join an agile team of doers pioneering our EV future by working collaboratively, staying focused on only what matters, and delivering excellence day in and day out. Join us to make positive change by helping build a better world where every person is free to move and pursue their dreams.

In this position, you'll conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions and target candidate profiles. You'll also be responsible for persistent pursuit of passive candidates via personalized reach-outs, advocating for DEI both internally and externally, conducting initial phone screens with candidates to assess suitability for positions, and sourcing high-caliber active and passive candidates through various methods and tools.

You'll partner with hiring managers to make offers and effectively hire highly sought-after technical talent in a competitive market. You'll regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. You'll establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally, and join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of recruiting experience and value how recruiting can influence the inclusion and diversity landscape of a company. You'll be an expert in full-cycle recruiting, proficient in handling hard-to-close candidates in a competitive market, and have experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets. You'll own the entire candidate experience to provide an outstanding experience to our candidates from initial contact to closing an offer.

You'll be self-motivated and driven, looking for solutions and impact without being asked twice. You'll be curious, looking to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile, researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You'll ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.
