Senior Software Product Lead, ArsenalOS

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Senior Software Product Lead, ArsenalOS will own the Forge Portal, a net-new platform that enables external stakeholders to do business with Anduril and execute workflows at the speed required.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Portal
• Build Forge Portal from the ground up
• Partner with quality engineering, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain to define and deliver the software that connects their workflows into one coherent operating environment
• Define the integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms
• Work with security engineering on authentication, authorization, and access control
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate product development
• Establish metrics and feedback loops that tie product work to measurable business outcomes
• Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across a cross-functional engineering team
• Drive adoption so business teams and external partners actually use what you build

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management building enterprise or B2B platforms
• Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments
• Experience building net-new products
• Experience building or managing B2B platforms
• Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with adjacent enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, quality, aerospace, robotics, defense, or other high-complexity physical product environments
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms, portal architectures, or systems that serve both internal and external users
• Comfortable producing mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes rapidly
