The Web Engineering team at Databricks builds and owns public-facing web experiences. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will build and ship production-quality web experiences across Databricks properties on an AI-native platform.

The Impact You'll Have

• Build and ship web experiences across databricks.com, including landing pages, blogs, hubs, and event properties.
• Implement components and page systems using a shared design system.
• Operate in an AI-native SDLC where agents assist with code generation, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to ensuring databricks.com surfaces are structured and optimized for web discovery and consumption.
• Participate in code reviews and establish rigorous AI-native engineering execution.

What We Look For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with production web systems.
• Strong fundamentals across the web stack, including component architecture and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with content management systems like Drupal or Contentful.
• Comfort with AI-native development tools.
• Ability to drive well-scoped problems to completion.
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures or modern frontend frameworks is a plus.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range for this role is:

• Zone 1 Pay Range: $136,300-$187,450 USD
• Local Pay Range: $136,300-$204,500 USD
