Night Cleaning Team Supervisor

We are seeking a Night Cleaning Team Supervisor to work at GLA City Hall in London. As a Night Cleaning Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and working with the night cleaning team, ensuring that various cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work with the night cleaning team
• Perform various cleaning duties
• Operate machines
• Manage the allocation of holidays
• Monitor and control periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard
• Complete paperwork/audits and manage time and attendance systems
• Communicate with Line Manager
• Check periodical or specialist works once completed
• Train staff
• Conduct team briefings
• Be accountable for your team
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Complete staff wages
• Liaise with Line Manager regarding after-event clean-ups
