Skilled Trade - Plumber Pipefitter

We are seeking a skilled plumber pipefitter to join our team. As a plumber pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances that are connected to water and gas systems.

Rate of Pay and Benefits: The hourly base rate for this position is $42.195, with a starting rate of $41.995. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities: As a plumber pipefitter, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fixtures, and appliances connected to water and gas systems
• Working on an assigned schedule, changing shifts periodically, and working overtime as needed
• Maintaining good attendance and adhering to safety rules and procedures
• Performing tasks that require standing for extended periods, walking unassisted, working at heights, and manipulating tools typical of the trade
• Learning, remembering, and maintaining pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks
• Working in a team environment, helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of previous experience in the trade
• Knowledge and work experience in blueprint reading and layout, pneumatic, fluid, and steam systems, fabrication of pipe systems, pipe, mechanical gas arc, and plasma cutting, lifting and rigging, and valve installation and repair
• Successful completion of a job interview, pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
