Description
We're looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Territory Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a Musketeer Scout, you'll be responsible for expanding our distribution and sales force in the region. You'll work closely with our National Key Account Team to ensure our products are visible and available across catering and quick service restaurants. Your goal will be to win new customers and drive our range across various channels, including Red Bull Energy, Sugarfree, Tropical, Watermelon, and any other NPD launched during your time in role.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer potential and develop optimal tour planning (routing, call cycle, coverage) accordingly, taking targets and goals for the particular distribution channel into consideration and in agreement with your manager and the National Key Account team.
- Take care of new and existing customers and be responsible for driving our range across these channels.
- Work in close cooperation with the National Key Account Team and assume responsibility for the presence of our products and how they are displayed across catering and quick service restaurants.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business partners in order to drive mutual business and to strengthen their affinity for and understanding of the Red Bull brand and product portfolio.
- Drive and expand the business by identifying opportunities and turning them into the right sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively (70-80%)
- Passion for the Red Bull brand and values
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Experience working with key accounts and business partners
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends
