Description
As a Fleet Operations Ford Champ, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between dealer operations and fleet operations. Your primary duties will include following up on invoicing processes with the dealer network, supporting the analysis of business cases and operational reports, coordinating communication among internal teams, dealers, and customers, maintaining and updating operational records and internal systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
This role is designed to provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and improve your skills over a period of 12 to 24 months. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet and contribute to the company's success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access.
