Senior / Order Fulfilment Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Monitor order status, inventory reconciliation, and return merchandise activities to maintain operational accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and service providers to optimize fulfillment operations and service levels.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain data accuracy, and support Certificate of Origin applications.
• Maintain engineering sample records, coordinate sample allocation and tracking, and support stakeholder inquiries.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

Pre-Requisites :

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
• Experience managing end-to-end order processing, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong planning, coordination, and follow-through capabilities.
• Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
