Description
A Senior Front End Software Engineer focused on application development in Palantir's Foundry platform will craft tools used by thousands of users to build sophisticated applications. The role involves architecting and developing interfaces, state management, and access patterns to support data-intensive workflows. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring within the community of engineers, building shared frontend tooling, and architecting high-scale data-intensive APIs. The engineer will also develop interactive workflow UIs, build products making technical concepts accessible to non-technical users, and create low-code/no-code WYSIWYG tools.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of frontend software engineering experience, experience crafting complex user experiences, and proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. They should have familiarity with data structures, loading patterns, frontend frameworks, and other technical tools and concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
