We're seeking an experienced technology professional for the role of Product Program Manager. Our team takes pride in building a wide range of products, including data center related products, Jetson devices, industrial PCs, robotics platforms, automotive, consumer electronics, GPU cards, and more.
In this role, you will lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning the team's efforts throughout the product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles. You will drive priorities to ensure products are achieving schedule and milestone targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles.
You will work with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues. You will communicate product status to internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need a BS degree or greater in an engineering field, or equivalent experience. You will require 5+ years of relevant working experience, hands-on experience with hardware product development, and strong project/program/product management fundamentals.
You will also need a culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving. Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment is essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required.
A 5+ year track record successfully delivering products from concept through launch is a plus. A deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design, is also beneficial. A Master's degree in engineering or business field and PM Certification/training are desirable.
