3rd Shift Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Technician to join our FUCHS Smart Services team in Mebane, NC. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our client's industrial fluids, including coolants, wash, and other fluids.

The salary for this position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and perform routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems
• Input data daily and generate performance reports
• Handle materials, operate lift trucks, and move drums and totes
• Make fluid corrections as needed based on testing results
• Follow procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements
• Participate in daily communication meetings with site supervisor and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily
• Previous work experience working in manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate the internet and email
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as well as standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily
• Previous forklift experience is desired
