Description
As a Manager CSRD mit Finance / Audit Erfahrung, you will play a key role in implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy within the FUCHS Group.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the group-wide implementation of the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy in the FUCHS Group
- Providing content and organisational support for defined European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
- Supporting departments in creating an EU Taxonomy- and CSRD-compliant sustainability report as part of the group's consolidated annual report
- Conducting time-limited CSRD assessments at local subsidiaries
- Performing ESEF tagging for defined areas of the sustainability report
- Setting up and administering an IT system for non-financial, sustainable reporting
- Monitoring and evaluating changes to the regulatory environment, such as the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and international sustainability standards, and their impact on the group
- Advising local management teams on ESG issues and recommending 'best practice' processes to achieve sustainability goals
- Developing target-group-oriented communication and training measures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on accounting or a comparable field
- Experience in financial and sustainability reporting or ideally in auditing
- Knowledge of legislation in the area of corporate sustainability reporting or GRI and EU Taxonomy
- Good understanding of business relationships and affinity for data and IT tools
- Target-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
- High level of initiative and independence in developing and driving topics
- Communicative personality with strong collaboration skills across all hierarchical levels, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective networks
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking, as well as some international travel willingness
