Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Berlin, Germany)

We are looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Sales to join our dynamic team in Berlin, Germany. As our Manager Mid-Market Sales, DACH, you will lead a team of Account Executives in the DACH region, responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise product. You will report directly to our Director, Commercial Sales, DACH.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth
• Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives
• Interview, hire, and train new team members as we scale the business and company
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals

Requirements:

• 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience
• Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Fluency in German
• Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
• Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams

Nice to have:

• Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
• Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
