We are seeking an experienced Application Development / Testing or Business / System Analysis professional to join our team. As an Application Development / Testing or Business / System Analysis professional, you will provide expertise in the design and functionality of business applications, understand customers' business processes and products, and review and validate the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities: Provides expertise in the design and functionality of business applications. Understands customers' business processes and products and how best they can be supported by the application systems. Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements. Performs quality review checks on project deliverables. Validates suppliers estimates. Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system. Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality. Specifies/recommends integration and parallel testing criteria. Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, as required. Acts as liaison between Business and IT, as assigned.
Requirements: 4 years of experience in application development/testing or business/system analysis role or 2 years as an Application SME Level I/Application Operations (production support). High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience. High intermediate/Advanced English skills.
Software/Tool Skills: Dialogflow CX or Node.js experience - Must to have. Node.js. SQL. JAVA. Service Now, Dynatrace or Rally. Guidewire Claim Center - Good to have.
Other Critical Skills: Application architecture. Integration. REST web services. Communication and leadership.
Experience: Minimum: 1-3 years in relevant fields. Preferred: 4-6 years.
Education: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Language: Fluent in English.
