Description
As a Manager (all genders) IT Operations at Porsche Consulting GmbH, you will be responsible for leading the IT Operations team and overseeing the development of modern IT solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient IT operation, including the management of IT infrastructure, software, and hardware. You will work closely with the IT Management team to develop and implement strategies for IT operations, and collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the IT Operations team and providing guidance on technical issues
- Developing and implementing IT strategies and policies
- Collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless integration of IT services
- Ensuring compliance with IT security and data protection regulations
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to IT operations
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is a plus.
