Cleaning Team Leader

We are seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at the Dolphin Centre in Poole. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will support the Soft Services Manager and Centre Operations Manager in the delivery of the operational management of the contract, ensuring that the operation is managed in line with company policies and procedures.

You will lead and engage with the teams to deliver high-quality cleaning services, both internally and externally, in all areas of the shopping centre. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services
• Cleaning and sanitizing lifts, wiping down stainless steel surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning restrooms, showers, and other areas
• Setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organization of assigned areas
• Assisting Centre Managers when needed
• Providing training to your team on the use of cleaning equipment
• Ensuring that all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in a safe working order
• Communicating effectively with your team and line manager

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning/supervisory role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
