Sr. Manager, Field Engineering

The Sr. Manager, Field Engineering will lead the Field Engineering team to drive the adoption and success of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform.

• Drive the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Analyse customer needs and develop solutions to drive adoption and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve business goals

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
• Strong technical background in data analytics, AI, or related fields
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make tactical decisions
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and technologies
