Description

As the Membership CRM Executive, you will be a vital support to the Membership CRM Lead in delivering seamless member communications. Your mission is to support the creation of relevant and brand-aligned customer touchpoints, helping to turn casual visitors into loyal members.

You will focus on the tactical execution and smooth delivery of campaigns defined by the Lead and the Membership Squad. This includes assisting with the end-to-end process of campaign execution across email, onsite messaging, and push notifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of experience in a CRM role, with proven ability to accurately build and deploy email or multi-channel campaigns using a CRM/Marketing Automation platform. You should also be comfortable extracting and organising data, and have a desire to understand what campaign numbers mean and how to improve them.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with team members and support the Membership CRM Lead.

The expected range for this role is £26,500 - £30,000. This is a hybrid role, with three days spent in the office and two days worked from home.
