Head of Homes Supply, Southeast Asia

We are seeking an experienced Head of Homes Supply, Southeast Asia to lead our Homes business across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategies to expand high-quality supply, strengthen host success, and enhance the guest experience.

The Homes team is crucial to growing Airbnb's destination business, ensuring a competitive portfolio of Accommodation listings that meet guest expectations for value, variety, and experience. You will report to the Asia Pacific Head of Homes and lead a team of high-caliber Market Managers across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of Account Managers to grow Airbnb's Homes and Hotel business across Southeast Asia
• Developing and executing acquisition strategies to bring new, high-quality supply to Airbnb
• Building Destination Southeast Asia strategies to grow the destination business
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Global Markets, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product to launch initiatives that improve host performance and accelerate destination growth
• Monitoring and owning business performance, ensuring markets meet revenue, supply, and quality KPIs

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in commercial roles, strategy, global operations, business development, or marketplace management
• Industry experience in tech, FMCG, or travel
• At least 5+ years in a people-leadership role managing and scaling teams
• Expertise in regulated markets and tech industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, using data and insights to guide decisions
• A combination of operational and commercial skills to acquire supply across multiple channels
• Proven ability to influence product, policy, and cross-functional teams to unlock new revenue streams and improve host and market performance
