Description
We're seeking a Client Partner to join our team in the United States. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building high-value, long-term relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on growing client engagement and revenue, representing Brainlabs as a 'window' through which excellent media solutions are delivered to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pitching and helping win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise
- Delivering strategic client growth plans for your clients, growing additional client revenue by up/cross-selling Brainlabs solutions, products and services, tailored to your client vertical
- Understanding your client business and ensuring the SOW is fulfilled
- Exercising judgement in creating solutions for clients
- Developing your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions
- Actively anticipating client challenges and tailoring optimum solutions
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 12+ years of experience delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialisation. You will also need to have proven client leadership skills and be a trusted advisor to a number of clients.
