Description
We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our team at Synopsys.
As a program manager, you will be responsible for driving the planning and monitoring of delivery risk for worldwide ICV run set development. You will ensure that committed items are delivered on time and proactively identify risks to delivery, proposing solutions using available resources and priorities.
You will communicate with stakeholders the schedule, risks, and potential solutions, developing systems to ensure timely and accurate forecasts and tracking progress over time. You will continuously improve the process to increase productivity, quality, and on-time delivery, collaborating with run set team members to understand their work process and how these affect our ability to deliver.
This role is essential to one of Synopsys' fastest-growing product lines, working with the world's leading foundries and one of the fastest-growing EDA products in the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the planning and monitoring of delivery risk for worldwide ICV run set development
- Ensure that committed items are delivered on time
- Proactively identify risks to delivery and propose solutions using available resources and priorities
- Communicate with stakeholders the schedule, risks, and potential solutions
- Develop systems to ensure timely and accurate forecasts and track progress over time
- Continuously improve the process to increase productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
Requirements:
- BS/MS or equivalent in a technical field with 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong program/project management skills proven with multiple projects
- Familiarity with SoC design and IC manufacturing
- Experience working with customers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to quantify and communicate metrics that drive production delivery

This team has members across the world collaborating with all of the major foundries in the semiconductor industry.
