Description
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Exterior Designer to join our team in the new Ford World Headquarters Design Studios. As a Senior Exterior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Adventure vehicles, both in concept and production form.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling and innovative exterior design experiences and visions for Design Projects, coordinating the work of other design personnel to achieve holistic design visions, and creating future brand-focused design visions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or equivalent, and have experience in automotive or transportation design, including experience with final design product execution and internships with transportation design companies.
You will also need to have excellent design intuition, strong problem-solving skills, and a superior ability to visually communicate through sketches and renderings. Additionally, you should be familiar with design trends within and across design professions and global cultures.

This position is a salary grade range of 5–8 and ranges from $65,100 to $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience.
