Description
We are seeking an engaged and structured project leader to lead technical projects in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a project leader at AVL, you will be responsible for planning, leading and following up on projects related to vehicle development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget and quality requirements.
You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, with projects in areas such as electrification, software and product development.
Responsibilities As a project leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects in areas such as product development, electrification and software. You will ensure that project deliveries achieve set goals by continuously monitoring schedule, cost and quality. The role also involves coordinating work between different internal departments and external suppliers, where you will function as a central contact point. You will actively identify and manage risks and drive problem-solving forward when challenges arise. Furthermore, you will be responsible for continuously reporting the project's status to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent relevant education
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in technical development (mechanics, electronics or software is advantageous)
- Good knowledge of project models and working methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum or V-model)
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
