Product Marketing Manager, Monetization

Figma is growing its team and seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Monetization to shape how teams buy, adopt, and scale Figma.

The successful candidate will be the marketing partner to Figma's Product Growth and Monetization teams, owning go-to-market strategy and customer communications for updates related to billing models and plans.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product marketing efforts for Figma's billing, pricing, and monetization initiatives
• Craft clear, concise customer communications for complex changes
• Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches to help large organizations manage and scale Figma
• Equip Sales with resources to position Figma's Enterprise capabilities confidently
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing with experience supporting Enterprise customers and bringing new products or monetization models to market
• Experience crafting customer-facing communications for billing, pricing, or other high-stakes product changes
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
• Experience partnering with Product teams and driving alignment with executive partners
• Comfort with complexity, such as pricing models, billing logic, admin workflows, or AI features

Nice to have:

• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
• Background marketing to admin, IT, or procurement personas at large enterprises
• Experience with AI product marketing or marketing AI-powered features
