We are seeking a Quality Expert to join our team. In this role, your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. You will operate as a strong individual contributor with technical leadership and strategic input within your scope. You will report to the Subject Matter Expert of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on game design document analysis, and manage progress.
- Partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.
- Mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.
- Work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.
- Create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.
- Execute early risk assessment, management and resolution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC, among others.
- 5+ years' of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes.
- An understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.
- Experience defining test strategies within a feature or domain area.
- Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.
- Experience QA metrics to inform testing decisions.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
