Processing Operator

We are seeking a Processing Operator to join our team at our factory in Bergen op Zoom.

As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, regulating, and adjusting the production line(s). You will also perform control tasks, cleaning, minor maintenance, and assist the technical department as needed. You will report to the Supervisor and work in a 5-shift system, including weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and control the process on your department;
• Work with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results;
• Identify areas for improvement and take initiative;
• Perform minor maintenance on machines and assist the technical department;
• Carry out cleaning tasks and ensure your department is always tidy.

Requirements:

• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and not afraid of hard work;
• You have completed an operator training programme at MBO level 3 or 4, or are willing to pursue one;
• You can work independently and as part of a team, are sociable, flexible, and able to take charge.
