Red Bull Student Marketeer

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. You will be responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your university campus and in your region.

Your main goals will be to:

• Reach new consumers and excite university students
• Increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level
• Create a strong network and establish relationships with key local individuals
• Drive brand engagement on social media using authentic content

Responsibilities include:

• Being a Brand and Product Ambassador: representing the brand in a premium way, growing the user base, building and executing an insight-driven plan, creating a strong network, and driving brand engagement on social media
• Being a Sales Expert: building relationships with local sales account managers, collaborating with sales to open new distribution points, leveraging relevant assets, and ensuring perfect execution of defined store standards
• Executional Excellence: delivering executional excellence, maintaining and upkeeping Student Marketeer tools, planning and reporting activities, and sharing ideas and collaborating with the team

Requirements:

• A second or third-year Ain Shams university student
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
• Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people
• Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region
• Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to manage part-time work and studies, and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends
• Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus
• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product
• Valid driving license

Travel: 10-20%
