Cleaning Operative

We're seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Babcock Tech Centre in Bristol. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out to a high standard, adhering to BICSc standards and ABM's Health and Safety procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance at all times, wearing company uniform and promoting ABM's reputation for professionalism and quality.

• Ensuring that all work undertaken is strictly in accordance with ABM's Health and Safety procedures and demonstrating a commitment to personal responsibility for health and safety.

• Interacting effectively with the public, recognising situations where it is appropriate to offer assistance or add value.

• Carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and considering opportunities for improvements to working practices.

• Working proactively to support and assist colleagues whenever possible.

• Undertaking ad-hoc duties as directed or operationally required.
