Sales Trainee

This sales trainee role in Cleveland is a training position designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role at Red Bull.

As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, injury, or special projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Areas that play to your strengths

• Training: This is a training role that prepares you for an Account Sales Manager position. Upon successful completion of the training program and certification, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
• Business Acumen: You will learn about Red Bull and its products, build and protect the Red Bull brand, and establish relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Daily Preparation: You will obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans, communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.
• In Route Support: You will cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Off Route Support: You will support the team with audits, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
