Sr. Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts, leading to increased adoption of Databricks' products and ML & AI.

The Impact:

• You will be the main technical voice for Databricks, working with multiple clients.
• You will lead customers on a transformational journey, evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy.
• You will implement technical strategies, build a movement of technical champions, and align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• You will work with sales teams and technical peers to drive business outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Establish and lead virtual teams to success within accounts.
• Experience with large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
• Form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present convincing points-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud (Azure & AWS).
• Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure Certification.

Pay Range: $139,700 - $192,050 CAD
