Description
The Reference Standard Development Stability Management Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing the inventory of stability samples. This includes receiving, storing, labelling, forecasting, submitting, and delivering samples. The individual will also support domestic and international shipping of material, conduct annual inventory of stored material, maintain documentation for stability studies in electronic systems or logbooks, and support client work requests as needed.
Requirements:
- An Associate degree in chemistry or a related field and/or significant pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent significant applicable experience.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and organisational skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, have self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, prioritise multiple tasks, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- No applicable drug allergies.
- Must be able/authorised to handle Controlled Drugs or Controlled Substances under the guidance of DEA requirements.
- Previous inventory experience is required.
- cGMP Lab or pharmaceutical science experience would be preferred.
