Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert / Salesforce Platform Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert / Salesforce Platform Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will design and operate advanced journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), build complex segmentation and executive/account-based targeting, manage and optimize Sales Cloud ↔ Marketing Cloud integration, administer and govern the Salesforce Core Platform (users, data model, flows, security), and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and operate advanced journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
• Build complex segmentation and executive/account-based targeting
• Manage and optimize Sales Cloud ↔ Marketing Cloud integration
• Administer and govern the Salesforce Core Platform (users, data model, flows, security)
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
• Strong expertise in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder
• Solid Salesforce Administrator experience (Core Platform)
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and data synchronization
• Basic REST/ SOAP API knowledge and SFTP-based data processes
• English language required
• German language would be great
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Good communication skills
