What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participate in the creation and validation of Digital Twin models for simulation and deployment.
- Assist in the research and development of innovative solutions for efficient Digital Twin simulation, validation, and deployment using Twin Builder.
- Test and validate the Digital Twin simulation engine to ensure robust performance and accuracy.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and tutorials to support users and internal teams.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a MS in Computer Science or related technical field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after completing the internship.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), TypeScript and CSS3.
- Programming proficiency in Python, and exposure to Java or C++.
- Experience with automation testing scripts using Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, and motivation as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with modular frontend development and experience with Vue.js or React.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Knowledge of software testing basics (e.g., unit testing, blackbox testing).
- Experience with Docker management (creation, maintenance, deployment).
- Background in developing IoT or SmartHome applications.
- Understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance.
Key Program Facts:
- Program Length: 3 - 4 months
- Location: Hybrid – Canonsburg, PA (onsite and remote options available)
- Working Model: Approximately 50% remote / 50% onsite, subject to team requirements
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Start Date: Fall 2026 (August / September)
